Shipping & Handling / Returns & Exchanges
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3-5 BUSINESS days. This excludes weekends and holidays.
PLEASE expect a slightly longer turn around during Holidays due to higher order volume.
Orders ship USPS Priority Mail or first class depending on weight- The US Postal Service is currently experiencing delays due to Covid-19.
Please make sure that your shipping information is up-to-date before completing your order. Ubiquitous Enterprises LLC cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided a tracking number via email with the email address your provided if you have a registered account. Please utilize the tracking number to make sure that you will be available to receive or pick up your package. Ubiquitous Enterprises LLC can NOT be held responsible for missing packages, stolen packages or delivery errors made by USPS. Please leave instructions for your local postman for proper package drop-off.
Mail Theft Prevention
It is the customer’s responsibility to receive the packages on the date of delivery. Ubiquitous Enterprises LLC is not responsible for the loss of packages that have been confirmed as “delivered” by courier. If you do not have a secure place to receive packages, the following are recommended to avoid mail theft:
Have your delivery sent to an alternate location such as your work, leasing office etc.
Rent a P.O. BOX to make sure your package stays secure at the post office
